This Manual Procedure for Malaysia Halal Certification (Third Revision) 2014 (MPPHM 2014) contains guidelines for Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM) and the States Department of Religious Affairs (JAIN)/ Islamic Religious Affairs Councils (MAIS) Inspection Officers, with the aim to clarify requirements to be complied with, in managing the Malaysia Halal Certification.
