The moral miracle of the Quran
“Moral Miraculousness” is one of the aspects of the Quran’s content-based miraculousness. The Quran is a miracle in terms of presenting moral issues.
At the time of the Prophet’s mission, ignorance had engulfed the Arabian Peninsula, and there was no trace of human ethics. The Holy Quran shone in such a dark and unethical environment and established a school that encompasses the highest moral and human teachings, such as justice and benevolence, kindness to others, charity, prohibition of wastefulness, trustworthiness, chastity, fulfilling promises, fighting against oppression, immorality, and evil, and so on.
Such a task is beyond the capability of an ordinary human being.
Gustave Le Bon, regarding the ethics presented in the Quran, says: “The moral teachings of the Quran are the result of noble ethical principles.”
